I’ve been using this about 2 weeks now. Energy level seems better, my skin looks better and I’ve noticed less trips to the bathroom at night. At the time I’m writing this, i am 36 (not over 40, as the product is referring to), but I figured I was close enough to the correct age for this to benefit me. I prefer citrate supplements over stuff like oxide, glycinate and picolinate… so that’s a big win for me in the ingredients. I also like how it’s 100 percent beta carotene instead of synthetic vitamin a… that stuff can be toxic. A little more D3 wouldn’t have hurt though. I take 3 capsules a day, one with each meal. The bottle says you can take up to 6 a day, but that seems excessive. Inside the bottle smells a bit funky but I can deal with it.

Great vitamin
I’m not over 40, I’m late 30’s but I eat an extremely strict diet since I’m allergic to many major food groups. Corn being one of them. I mention this because gelatin is derived from corn, and ironically I do not get an allergic reaction to these capsules. I get allergic reactions to other capsules, but not these. So that is quite interesting. I would based on that say they are telling the truth about their ingredients not being GMO.Overall, I’ve taken them about 5-weeks and felt a lot better, I work out everyday and have noticed a difference in how I feel and operate. I am getting ready to buy another bottle; plus the quantity of the bottles is nice, and you get a slight discount if you buy the 360 quantity.I say for mid, late 30’s and forward this is the vitamin for you.Little extra info; my mom turned me on to these because she uses the womens version. Her NMD she’s used for 17 years recommended them and it’s helped her tremendously, she recommended the brand, as I wanted a real company that puts into their products what they claim. To me, this is the only legit vitamin company on this entire app, and likely a one in a million type establishment. All non-gmo sources and a gelatin capsule that does not provoke my corn allergy; win! I get corn allergies from minuscule amounts of corn, I can smell it and get a reaction – that says a lot. These are worth the cost!

Pricey + Worth it
These are my new favorite vitamins. I used to not be a consistent vitamin taker, but I’m on to my second jar of 120 now and liking the results. I feel like I have more energy, better mental focus and a noticeable increase in urine flow. I was looking for something with the right blend of daily nutrients and the extra prostate relief, this really did the trick. 41 yo active healthy eater 🙂
